Who Are We?
We are Witch Hunt Theatre Company. A new company with a focus on female driven stories. We embrace the myriad of people who are encompassed in the term women. Founded by drama school buddies Brooke Williams and Amy Waller, the company began with casual play readings over dinner as a way to form community and foster creative joy in the new and often isolating culture of self-tapes and zoom auditions.
Our productions are deeply imaginative and our aim is to present work that is unique, inventive and thrilling. We are excited by the alchemy that transpires between artists and audiences and are committed to finding new ways to explore and heighten this magic. We seek to transform the way people engage with theatre by carefully selecting content and boldly playing with form, often subverting traditional expectations of what theatre is. We care deeply about our audiences and are always striving to provide a moving, connective experience. Whether that be in theatre, installation or film based projects.
